In our from growth driven and obsessed society the word limited has, at first glance, a bad connotation. We associate restrictions, confinement and cutback with it. But a limit can be also soothing knowledge and – looking at limited editions – something of desire.The exhibition challenges common perceptions of sustainability, growth and limits, it sets utopia in a relation to vision and actuality. THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE LIMITED explores the influence of limits to comprehension. It challenges limits as initiator for thought, critique and understanding instead of a stale stagnation.
